Each order uses one credit, whether the customer pays at the restaurant or online. Larger packages cost less per order. Prices exclude VAT, which is added at checkout (25.5% in Finland).

Each order uses one credit. Packages are 100 credits for 10€, 300 for 20€, and 1,200 for 60€, plus VAT (12.55€, 25.10€, and 75.30€ including 25.5% VAT). Credits stay on the account while it is active. An order the customer cancels before you confirm it returns its credit. New restaurants start with 200 credits.
Yes. With online payments off, customers pay at the counter or table and you pay only the order credit. With online payments on, each payment made online also costs 2% + 0.40€. Delivery orders require online payment, and at least one payment method must stay on.
